Use the NeuroSky Mindset to Exercise Your Brain!
Ever thought about playing games on your computer with your brain waves? Well, NeuroSky is able to make that happen. About a year ago, I purchased a Mindset from NeuroSky along with some apps. I tried it out and it was harder to control than I initially anticipated. It’s actually exercise for your brain!
NeuroSky, which specializes in mass-market brain-computer interface technology (BCI), developed this EEG headset device and made it affordable for the general public. Brain computer interface (BCI) is a system that translates the electrophysiological activity or metabolic rate of an organic organisms’ nervous system into signals that can be interpreted by a mechanical device. There are several low-cost apps that can be used with the EEG headset device for your brain to experience.

And the good news.… In a recent article on MacTech.com, NeuroSky says “it’s bringing its user interface with the brain to the next level with a new wave of killer mobile apps for patients with severely limited communication conditions, including Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and others”.
