Outpatient Services

We now offer outpatient services in our new clinic site as of June 1, 2008. As Rehabilitation Specialists, our outpatient occupational therapists are able to evaluate and treat multiple conditions, illnesses, traumatic injuries and progressive diseases. In order to provide the highest quality service, we expand our outpatient services to include home visits as needed to ensure individuals can carryout and perform their Activities of Daily Living and home exercise programs within their own environment. When needed, adaptive equipment and durable medical equipment recommendations are made to maximize independence. • Raised Commode Seats
  • Grab Bars
  • Walkers
