Accepted Insurances:

We accept Medicare, Tricare for Life, Tricare Standard and Tricare Prime, Aetna, and United Healthcare.
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare HMO Plans
Out-of-network insurances are accepted based on deductibles and co-pays

Fees for Service:

Private pay fees are based on the service provided. Please contact us to arrange private pay services.

Seating Solutions, Inc. does not guarantee insurance reimbursement for any privately paid services.

Consultation Services:

We offer general consultation to patients and allied healthcare providers on DME, Medicare coverage and documentation for DME. Please contact us to discuss your (or your patient’s) particular case to receive a custom cost estimate.

For Services and Consultations outside Duval and Clay Counties:

Mileage and travel expenses will be quoted on an individual basis. Please contact us for quotes or questions.
